Orders will typically be processed by Kind Souls within 1-3 business days and then shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information.

We are currently shipping within Canada and US.  

$15 Flat Rate Shipping and FREE standard shipping on orders over $250.00 CAD

**Please note - shipping costs are non-refundable.

Delivery

$5 Local Delivery within Regina, Pilot Butte, Emerald Park and White City.

• All local orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email upon delivery.
• Once your package has been delivered to your address, Kind Souls is no longer responsible for your items including stolen packages.
• If you have special delivery instructions or live in an apartment please include these instructions for the delivery. 
• Please note - this service may not be offered during discounted sale events.

FREE Local Pick Up in East Regina

• Local pick up is available in east Regina. Please contact Kind Souls to arrange a date and time for order pick up.
