We want you to LOVE your purchase and feel confident shopping online with Kind Souls. If you require a return and/or exchange we are happy to do so within 14 days of your purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and have all tags attached.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact Kind Souls to receive a return shipping address or make local drop off arrangements within Regina.

Note - All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final sale - no returns or exchanges on these items.

Undergarments: All undies and boxers are final sale.
